When Kia conceived Ceres, we set out with one goal in mind: to build a 1-ton truck that was as affordable as it was durable.
Today's Ceres is all that and more-a family of trucks that includes cargo and dump truck models available in both 2- and 4-wheel drive.


Under the seats, there is a 2.2-liter SC disel engine that is rated at maximum 70PS/4000rpm and 14.5kg. m/2400rpm and uses a swirl type combustion chamber which boosts power promoting maximum fuel efficiency.

Equipped with a twist-free box ladder frame chassis and realible leaf spring suspention, the Ceres is a real work-horse with a cargo capacity of 1,000kg.

The body is also protected with an electric cathode paint job which ensures a durable, corrosion-resistant finish.
